CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
REGENERATION: This class will lead you through self-massage and myofascial release techniques. Using foam rollers and balls, you will increase range of motion, decrease risk of injury and speed recovery. Expect to have less aches and pains, greater results from your workouts and leave feeling great!
TOTAL STRENGTH: Be prepared for a challenging, full-body workout utilizing sandbags, kettle bells, battling ropes, heavy chain and Prowler. Not only will you get stronger and increase your work capacity, but who doesn’t feel bad ass working with sandbags and chains?!
METABOLIC: If you are still doing mind-numbing, steady-state cardio on a treadmill, stationary bike or elliptical, please stop. Allow us to introduce you to your new friends Tabatta, HIIT and EPOC. This class is something the treadmill has never been called, a truck load of fun. And the best part is, your metabolism will go from birthday candle to blast furnace in about five minutes.
