		<description>Sometimes "nothing" is the best medicine. Try allowing your spring break to be just that-a break. Instead of doing all of the things you want to do during the semester why not do all of the things you want to do right now, guilt free? Let go of the idea that you should be eating fat free popcorn and enjoy the potato chips. Be a lump on a log. You've earned it!

I am not recommending you make eating potato chips and lounging on the couch a way of life but there are times at which they can be quite healthy. Your osteopathic studies and schedule during the semester are exceptionally demanding, both mental and physically. You've worked hard, now rest hard. That way, when the semester resumes, it is more likely that you will actually be looking forward to getting back to your regimen.</description>
