This option is awesome if you have no limiting injuries, don't need extra attention during your workout and love the energy of a larger group. But don't worry, we won't let you get lost in the crowd, we'll always have your back.

This option is for you if you want the expertise of a coach, like the extra attention to detail, want to make sure you don't get injured, have a busy schedule and want a more affordable option than one-on-one training. Train with a friend(s) or make new ones (all our members are super friendly) ;-)
