This option is for you if you want the expertise of a coach, like the extra attention to detail, want to make sure you don't get injured, have a busy schedule and want a more affordable option than one-on-one training. Train with a friend(s) or make new ones (all our members are super friendly) ;-)

Includes:

  • 2 Semi-Private Strength Training sessions per week with an experienced coach

    • Monthly Training Program Tailored for you

    • Groups are limited to only 5 people per coach
