Total Fit - $49/week 

Train with a coach 3 times per week in our large group high intensity Shred It!, pumping up & toning Muscle Up or our new Get Tight for a fast paced full body workout.

This option is awesome if you have no limiting injuries, don't need extra attention during your workout and love the energy of a larger group. But don't worry, we won't let you get lost in the crowd, we'll always have your back.

Personal Training at its best!

This option is for you if you want the expertise of a coach, like the extra attention to detail, want to make sure you don't get injured, have a busy schedule and want a more affordable option than one-on-one training. Train with a friend(s) or make new ones (all our members are super friendly) ;-)


  • 2 Semi-Private Strength Training sessions per week with an experienced coach

    • Monthly Training Program Tailored for you

    • Groups are limited to only 5 people per coach
