Total Strength A & B

This is the core of our programs. Think of it as a collegiate strength & conditioning program for the 50+ crowd who's never done a strength and conditioning program before.

Our goal is to develop your strength, flexibility and resiliency while keeping your unique injury history in mind.

Every week you'll get 2 semi-private personal training sessions with an experienced coach. We cap the training groups at 4 people to ensure you always get the attention you need to learn proper technique and stay safe.

Shred It, Get Tight, Arm Strong & Muscle Up

You'll also have unlimited access every week to our larger group classes. Whether you want to burn up some extra calories, tone up all over, or get your guns ready for the summer, we've got you covered.

If for some reason you feel that we’re not the right fit for you, no worries, your Strategy Session is complimentary, and we’re always grateful for the chance to meet new people like yourself, show off our gym and share our training philosophies. Hopefully you’ll take away some useful information that you can apply to your life and fitness goals.
